How is M2I different?
Our training has been developed (by wheelchair users) within a framework that takes into consideration the uniqueness of physical training while also using a wheelchair and the complex issues caused by muscular impairment due to spinal cord injury.

How do I get started?
Improving your health is not a sprint. It is a lifelong process. Progress comes from compounded incremental gains. Therefore, it is imperative to start in a sustainable manner.

For newcomers to physical training, it makes sense to take on an “Experimental Mindset”. Commit to physical training as a personal experiment to determine how it makes you feel. Rather than overwhelming yourself with a long term commitment, do our three month program as an experiment. Then decide if you want to continue based on your results.

For long time fitness practitioners and athletes, pick the program you feel will work best for you based on your prior experience and current needs.
